If a payment fails or is flagged as suspicious, we may cancel or hold the order until verification is completed. Haven Lamps is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.


4. Shipping & Delivery

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once processed, orders are shipped through DHL, our official international logistics partner. 5. Returns & Exchanges

We offer returns within 30 days of delivery as long as the product is unused, undamaged, and returned with original packaging and accessories. We also provide free exchanges; once we receive the returned item, we ship the replacement product within 14 days at no extra cost. 6. Warranty

Unless specifically stated, our products do not include manufacturer warranty. Haven Lamps is not responsible for damages caused by improper installation, electrical issues, or misuse of the product. We recommend installation by a professional electrician for all ceiling and lighting fixtures.
