Refund & Return
1. General Return Policy
We want every customer to be fully satisfied with their purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, you may return the product within 30 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
In its original condition
Undamaged and unused
Returned with all accessories, packaging, and documentation
Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
2. Exchange Policy (Free Exchange)
If you would like to exchange your product instead of requesting a refund, we offer a free exchange service.
You must return the original product within 30 days of delivery.
Once we receive the returned item, we will ship the replacement product within 14 days, completely free of charge.
Exchanges are only provided for the same value item or a similar product of your choice.
3. Shipping for Returns & Exchanges
All return items must be shipped back using the instructions provided by our support team.
We use Fedex& Ups as our primary shipping partner for both:
Customer return shipments
Replacement product deliveries
In some cases, we may provide a prepaid shipping label depending on the situation and the condition of the returned item.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
Order number
Photos or videos of the issue
We will review the case and arrange a return, replacement, or refund at no additional cost.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless defective:
Clearance or final-sale items
Customized or modified lighting products
Items damaged due to customer misuse or incorrect installation
6. Processing Time
Return inspection and refund processing: 3–7 business days after we receive the item
Replacement shipping: Within 14 days after the returned item is received
Refund time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
